For Better Or For Worse by Ingrid Nickelsen

This story is all 'life after death'. The protagonist is Evangeline aka Eve. Eve dies in a car accident but hen she opens her eyes she finds herself alive in a strange place. Amazed an wandering in a strange place, she meets her godmother Brielle. Brielle introduce Eve to her godfathers. One thing is confirmed, every one here including Eve are dead. Eve has no memory of her past. Eve doesnt know how she died or that she even had a family. Brielle tells her that her memory will come back as time passes through letters and dreams.
On her first night, in this strange place, she meets Will, a wanderer, and gets along with him. Eve opens one of the letters and discovers that she didnt die alone. On the other hand, Eve volunteers for a cafe, where she sees Midnight Hunters. Midnight Hunters burn the wanderers. Actually wanderers are those who have broken the rules of this place, and Will is one of them. Thats why for Will's safety Eve and Will meet at night secretly.
Lea, a wanderer tells Eve that if she gets Sam (a wanderer) from James's office, she will give the person to Eve home she died with. Eve plans to get Sam but Brielle comes in her way and tells her that she will be punished for helping Sam. Meanwhile, Eve and Will are in love, which is dangerous.
Will Eve will be able to find that anonymous person? Will falling in love with a wanderer cost her life? Read to find out...

Fiction, Romance

Love never dies.

Ingrid is a French girl, college student, and dreamer. She currently resides in Paris, where she spends most of her time going to museums and the movies. Despite the romantic atmosphere in Montmartre, or even the fancy cafés in the Champs Elysées, she would easily trade it all for a nice walk in the woods with her schnauzer, Golden. She's always craving adventures, and finds that books are the cheapest way to travel to far-away lands. She's inwardly convinced that words have the power to heal the worst blisters on our hearts, or at least can make us forget about them for a little while. And sometimes, it's just enough to face another crazy day.

I was speechless at the end. Nickelsen has written an excellent piece of fiction. I love her imagination. From first word to the to the last one I was spellbound. Her writing skills are very mature and every sentence has a feeling. The ending made me cry. The best couple I have ever read, Will and Eve and I am naming them as 'Evil'. I encourage romance and fiction readers to read this book.

"This is one of those beautiful books, that stays inside your head for weeks after you finish it, because of its heart touching scenes and question filled thoughts."
