SYNOPSIS

Scream meets YA in this hotly-anticipated new novel from the bestselling author of Anna and the French Kiss.

International bestselling author Stephanie Perkins returns with a fresh take on the classic teen slasher story that’s fun, quick-witted, and completely impossible to put down.

REVIEW

The story revolves around some students of Osborne High. Students are being murdered in the most ugliest way by some crazy psychopath. No one know what's the pattern or who the killer is? What does he actually want?
I literally went from DNF-ing this book to actually liking it! The first 70/80 pages were pretty boring with actually nothing happening much. But the novel actually picked up the pace after 25% and I was shook. The murders were pretty violent and 😷. The crazy psychopath is on the loose and Police are trying to track the person. Our main character Makani has her own story through out the book. The romance was just kinda annoying?!?! Ollie was a nice character but I didn't enjoy him much. Makani has a great character growth in the novel. The mystery and murders make it perfect for readers who enjoy murderous thrillers.
Overall, it's a pretty good novel only if you can tolerate a slow start. People who enjoy movies like Scream etc would devour this one.
