*Grabs Tissue Box* This book was very intense! *sniffs* You know one of those reads which gives you a bad book hangover! This story is totally one of them. Revolving around a rich and poor kid, their friendship will ruin you heart. This story is about Amir & Hassan and the consequences they face in their lives, how they separate, how they discover the reality of each other which will legit give you goosebumps! This story is a blend of emotions, friendship, bullying, terrorism! 

Hosseini's writing style is very indulging! You can never get enough! I was hooked up from the start! There were so many emotional scenes! *sniffs* Why?!?! Why!? Hosseini keeps the momentum of the novel consistent! There was no fast or slow pacing problem. The problems faced by the afghani people and the dangers they had to face from Taliban was written beautifully! I highly recommend this novel to every person above the age of 16 due to some explicit scenes mentioned! Let me know your views on The Kite Runner!
